We wanted to let you know that your monthly PayPal subscription payment for {{PracticeName}} has now failed several times. The owner username associated with this account is {{Username}}.

The repeated failures could be due to an expired backup card on your PayPal account, insufficient funds in that account or a PayPal related technical issue.

We do not make the subscription charges ourselves as that is all handled by PayPal directly and so it was their system has notified us of this issue. The end result of this is that PayPal may have now cancelled your subscription.

You have not lost any data with our application but you will need to resubscribe via the subscribe link in your dashboard. You will have a card payment options there too in case PayPal continues to be an issue for you.
